Davian has many years of experience as an estate agent. In the mid-1990s, he was one of the first agents in the area to sell a property priced in the millions. Rather than price, it is Davian’s expertise, client service, helpfulness and honesty that have made him such a sought after agent in NW6 and NW2. He lives in Mill Hill with his wife and young son. A keen cook and entertainer – Sunday roasts and barbecues are favourites – Davian also loves tending his garden. He plays squash and, during the summer months, can be seen roller-skating through the streets of London with groups like LondonSkate.
Matt, who supports Davian in Sales, was brought up in North London and has been interested in property for many years. At Chelsea Square, he spends a lot of time on the phone and loves keeping in touch with clients, letting them know when new properties matching their needs come onto the market. Off duty, Matt is a sports fan (football, boxing and American football) and does self-defence training. He is also very sociable and enjoys going out for drinks with friends.

Reena has lived in Wembley all her life and is very close to her fun loving family – her parents, both born in Africa, are of Indian descent. She is very pro-active and ambitious and likes a challenge. Indeed, she already has many strings to her bow: Prior to her involvement in the property industry, Reena worked in retail, including a stint at Selfridges. She has an LLB Law degree and a LLM Masters of Law. She loves doing Hair and Make-up and has a Professional Qualification in Cosmetic Make-up. An avid film buff, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, which is not surprising as she has a very bubbly and approachable personality with an easy laugh, whether in the office or out-and-about. As an estate agent, Reena believes in being honest and straightforward. She strives to build a rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable, going above and beyond the call of duty to fulfill their needs and ensure that they are more than satisfied with her services.

Rebecca came to Chelsea Square on an apprenticeship through the training programme called Positive Outcomes. Just out of College and never having worked before, she did not know what to expect but she soon discovered what a congenial, caring, hardworking and fun bunch we are to work with. Rebecca settled in, learned the ropes, did odd jobs around the office and in no time made herself totally indispensable. Today Rebecca prepares tenancy agreements, collects security deposits and admin fees, arranges for cleaning of properties before and after tenants move in and out. In short, Rebecca keeps the administration side of Chelsea Square Lettings running smoothly and seamlessly.
