Davian has over 24 years’ experience as an estate agent. In the mid-1990s, he was one of the first agents in the area to sell a property priced in the millions. Rather than price, it is Davian’s expertise, client service, helpfulness and honesty that have made him such a sought after agent in NW6 and NW2. He lives in Mill Hill with his wife and young son, who keeps them on their toes. A keen cook and entertainer – Sunday roasts and barbecues are favourites – Davian also loves tending his garden. He plays squash and, during the summer months, can be seen roller-skating through the streets of London with groups like LondonSkate.
Matt, who supports Ray and Davian in Sales, was brought up in North London and was introduced to the estate agency business through his uncle, who runs a lettings agency. At Chelsea Square, Matt spends a lot of time on the phone and loves keeping in touch with clients and letting them know when new properties matching their needs come onto the market. Off duty, he is a sports fan (football, boxing and American football) and does self-defence training. Matt is also a very sociable young man, who likes going out for drinks with friends.

Reena has lived in Wembley all her life and is very close to her fun loving family – her parents, both born in Africa, are of Indian descent. She is very pro-active and ambitious and likes a challenge. Indeed, she already has many strings to her bow: Prior to her involvement in the property industry, Reena worked in retail, including a stint at Selfridges. She has an LLB Law degree and a LLM Masters of Law. She loves doing Hair and Make-up and has a Professional Qualification in Cosmetic Make-up. An avid film buff, she enjoys socialising with friends and family, which is not surprising as she has a very bubbly and approachable personality with an easy laugh, whether in the office or out-and-about. As an estate agent, Reena believes in being honest and straightforward. She strives to build a rapport with clients, making them feel comfortable, going above and beyond the call of duty to fulfill their needs and ensure that they are more than satisfied with her services.

Rebecca came to Chelsea Square on an apprenticeship through the training programme called Positive Outcomes. Just out of College and never having worked before, she did not know what to expect but she soon discovered what a congenial, caring, hardworking and fun bunch we are to work with. Rebecca settled in, learned the ropes, did odd jobs around the office and in no time made herself totally indispensable. Today Rebecca prepares tenancy agreements, collects security deposits and admin fees, arranges for cleaning of properties before and after tenants move in and out, and does her best to ensure that the administration side of Chelsea Square Lettings runs smoothly and seamlessly.
Ben has estate agency and building works in his genes. His father is a builder and his mother owns an estate agency in West Hampstead, where he helped out each summer from the age of 14. He originally studied English literature at university but, after a short stint as a journalist in Belfast and travel in the USA he returned to London and was soon drawn to surveying. Ben completed a Master’s degree (with honours) in building surveying, working for Chelsea Square as a trainee surveyor in 2007/8 and more recently as a building control surveyor. He is currently working towards becoming an RICS fully chartered surveyor. Today Ben is Project Manager for Chelsea Square’s Design & Build and Maintenance teams. He lives in Hampstead and is soon to become a father for the first time. Ben loves reading, cooking, football and kick-boxing.
